This is a popular clothing line in Europe. Means "French Connection United Kingdom". Does this offend any of y'all? Brits use the real term as an adjective to describe everything. Personally I think it shows a lack of class. They really don't see anything wrong with FCUK. The think it is stylish. |

I think its a brilliant marketing move and one that helped bring them up from sluggish sales. It stemmed from a fax from the Hong Kong office to the London office where the names were abbreviated From "FCHK" to "FCUK". A snarky/sexy campaign later and you have marketing history. |
| It is honesty in advertising. I find vulgar and lude shirts to be discourteous and in bad taste at bare minimum. It isn't hard to say that they are making a reference to FUCK. There is another thought though, their clothing works much like the wannabe gangsters. Their clothing and appearance is a flag. It shows quite a bit of immaturity and their focus on the current fads. |
