Is it now acceptable to Fax a copy to another dealer/distributor rather than mail an ink signed copy?

IIRC yes.

It has been for at least a year.

Maybe they changed it back again though.

Yep ... they can always check the validity of it via EZ check for 01's, 07's, etc. not 03's though.

I'd mail in a copy to be sure.
