The Lake City Community College - Criminal Justice Institute is hosting a 2 day Fighting And Survival Tactics (F.A.S.T.) Confrontational Combatives Course that is FREE to any Federal, State and Local LEO including Military MPs and SPs.

Another great class. You guys in the area should really take advantage of these offerings. I highly recommend these guys, they are great. I really learned a lot.

I'm literally bruised from my left big toe to my right eye.
