I'm putting a condo up for sale FSBO.  So far, after one day on Zillow, I have had many phone calls--from real estate agents who want me to list it with them.
Getting lots of FUD--"you won't get the exposure", "you'll get shady buyers", etc.

It seems to me that in a good market (upscale town in SE MI) that a properly priced condo should do fine.

Have you sold a home FSBO?  How was it?

Fsbo might work.  You can also use a flat fee service.  That would get you on realtor.com, and the mls.  I can get realtors around here for 3.5%, so thats what i go with.  I have used a flat fee service numerous times, but i still offered the buyers realtor  3% (you can offer anything you want).

Eta: The majority of calls you will get will be from realtors wanting to list it.  You will get things in the mail too.  They are like vultures.

There are agents that will list it for $500.

You don't need an agent if you're in area people desire to be in. It's like saying you need a dealership to help you sell your used car that everyone wants.

I made the "mistake" of listing it on Zillow as an agent. Turns out that's why I didn't get calls like you're getting. Problem. Solved.
