There's a low level VR that follows the spine of the Allegheny/Appalachians through West Virginia and Virginia. I usually see more Navy/Marine AC flying in there (at least on the West Virginia end of it). |

I don't know how often the Es practice low level flight, but the only time I ever get to see them is on the VRs past my place, so from my perspective ... it's all they ever do. |
