| How much different is Facebook? I've been having a Myspace account for awhile. I joined to get back in touch with friends that moved after Katrina. I kinda half-ass signed up to facebook, but the registration process was such a hassle that I clicked out of it halfway. What are some of the differences? |

I had no idea what the difference was until I read this thread. Still won't be signing up tho. I received a text message on my cell phone yesterday from a gal I've been friends with for nearly 30 yrs. She asked if I had a Facebook account. She was bummed when I told her I didn't have don't have any online accounts with such places. Now this is a girl who has my e-mail address, cell phone number (and can text), home phone number and mailing address. Am I really so hard to get ahold of that she needs a Facebook account to talk to me?  People are weird.

| Facebook USED to be better. At first it was strictly for college students, and you had to provide a school e-mail address to join. They relaxed that and now anyone can join. The new layout sucks, and they don't have an option to use the old one. On the plus side, no profile has 100 gb of html code on their profile. |
Dont forget to add SCCC. The libtards hate seeing that number grow everyday. ME And yes, the new layout blows.
