Both of these examples are on private property. Any rights to be informed you are being checked? What about in public places?

All who enter into casinos assume they are on video from the time they hit the parking lot.

I would assume the same if I went to the Super Bowl.



It is not illegal to walk around with mugshots in hand comparing them to faces in the crowd.



As Americans we do have the right to some privacy but no one has the right to anonymity.
