I got a call from a Fairpoint telephone rep who was trying to find out why I had cancelled my phone service and switched to digital phone with Time Warner, who I get highspeed and cable through. No shit.
I asked him if he really couldn't figure out why I would choose to have my monthly phone bill reduced from $100 to $25 for exactly the same service. Not really anything for him to argue there. I'm glad my job isn't to call people and ask them blatantly stupid questions that I already know the answer to. Way to go assholes. Fuck me with high phone bills for years, then have the nerve to call me and ask why when I find a way to hit you where it hurts. L8ta. |
