| Anyone disagree with the opinion that farmville players have way too much free time and weak grasp of reality? I told a superior I lost all respect for him when I overheard his serious conversation about his "farm" and how excited he was that he aquired a gold chicken. What is wrong with people? For those who have no idea what farmville is, congratulations, you have a life. |

I unfortunately know what it is because my wife is into it. Her and her friggin Facebook friends are addicted to it or something.
I check out her Facebook account daily in case our deployed son made a post or something and all I see is that stupid Farmville shit. |
| Yeah....that and fucking Cafe World are currently the source of a lot of tension between my fiancee and I. Sure I can understand her playing it at work when she's bored (she's a college campus DPS officer, night shift, and the kids are still on vacation) but when we're watching a movie I really don't want to keep pausing so I can hear how her eggplant is ready for harvesting, her neighbor's farm needs fertilizing, or she just earned enough credits to add new fucking window dressings to her cafe. WTF. |

Whatever makes people happy if fine with me, as long as it doesn't negatively effect me.
There are people who think I'm silly because of the number of guns I own, trips i take, or that fact that I will only drink quality beer. That said, I think many people are way to wrapped up in Farmville. |

Agreed, and kudos to you for spelling "hear hear" properly... I was into all those games while I was facebooking, but I have pretty much quit FB due to the gossip and bullshit on there. I feel my time is better spent on arfcom than in there reading zero-worshipping crap all day. |
