I'm curious what everyone is talking and when and why

I'm taking

BCAA all day.  Especially during a workout, but I like the flavor of these
Protein powder-  I like Muscle Pharm, lactose free and doesn't have gut irritants like carrageenan.
Egg whites for more protein on occasion
Fish oil
Glucosamine and condroiten  for old man knees
Calcium
ZMA-  this is my new favorite.  I sleep soooo much better, the only side effect is when I get out of bed its directly to the toilet, do not pass go do not collect $200. Only been using it for a few weeks but I love sleeping so well.  No idea if it's helping build muscle the way it's proported to.
Testosterone.  My other favorite.

Preworkout is occasionally C4, but only if I've not slept much or well and want a boost.  More often it's just a cup of coffee.

1hr before workout:
One STRONG cup of coffee, some kind of protein sammich, on home-made Texas toast. Usually eggs and bacon, sausage and bacon, steak and bacon ... etc

Post workout:
2 scoops of ON Gold whey protein in 8 oz of 2% milk.

No need to take any other supplements.

Preworkout - DVST8 http://www.stack3d.com/2015/05/dvst8-review.html

^^Will also mix in some BCAA's from Cellucor.

Afterwards, Promix protein powder with Vitalyte electrolyte powder and some more BCAA's.

I am also taking a SARM named LGD-4033. It's been great with excellent lean\dry gains.

2 schiff krill oil caplets in the morning as well.

I was checking back on this thread to see if anyone posted anything new and I started thinking about it again....nowadays, I really don't have a favorite supplement.

They're all kinda meh.

Back in the 90's and early 2000's, I REALLY loved me some 25mg ephedrine stacked with 200 mg caffeine tab and 200 mg aspirin.

I could weight train for hours, do tons of cardio and stay in great shape off that stuff. Hated to see the pure 25mg mini tabs of ephedrine get banned.

Granted, tweakers cut their speed with it but it was great.

You can still find it in Primitive tablets (over the counter asthma medication) but the quantity is low and it's pricey. And you have to do the whole book thing with ID.

I also loved me some Strawberry flavored EAS Myoplex. It has the little bits of strawberry in it. Mmmmmm. That was good stuff

Starting taking the Jym Supplements stack (pre/post/protein) a few weeks back, as I liked how it was all laid out timing / diet / supplements wise and ingredients are stated.
The Jym stuff has the better taste of any of the GNC or Cellucor or BPI proteins I've tried.
Before that it was GNC wheybolic + occasional C4 pre.
+Men's health one a day, grocery store fish oil, and BCAA's

I do keto, so electrolyte/mineral supps make life easier, diet wise.

Magnesium malate 2x a day
Potassium citrate 2x a day
Dessicated liver 2x a day
Krill oil 1x a day
Probiotics 2x a day
B12, B6 (biotin), complex B 1x a day
C 1x a day
D3 1x a day

I don't like the taste of coffee, so I take a caffiene pill in the morning, and sometimes at lunch.

Powder supplement wise, I use MyPre before working out, occasionally BCAA's towards the end of a workout, and protein shakes if I didn't hit my target through my diet that day (whey right after lifting, casein at night), or if I can't eat a full meal immediately after lifting.

180mg per week.  7 days after the shot, we do blood work.  I get blood drawn next Monday but last time my level was right around 800.  Normal range is like 275 to 1100.

Doc will adjust up or down depending on free test and total test from the blood work.

ETA:  To clarify, blood work is done quarterly but I can and have asked for blood work when I felt like the dose was too low.  Also, using hCG but I couldn't begin to tell you what the dose would be.
