Frickin fedex driver just puts a fucking note on my door telling me I will get my package on monday... No fucking knock, No fucking door bell! Just a piece of shit note saying he is a fucking idiot. FUCK YOU FEDEX  When you deliver on monday, the package is going up YOUR ASS! |
Assuming he knocks...Ive heard too many horror stories of the guy supposed to get a signature just literally throws the package at your doorstep and then gets back in the truck and drives off... |
I have actually chased down the mo fo that has done this to me SEVERAL times.

Yup, FedEx and UPS both do the same thing. I have had really bad experiences with both, UPS seems to be worse though. I had a expensive softball bat stolen by one of their employees, meet the driver at my door and he hands me a really light tube with a botched tape job on one end. I tell him to stand by while I open it as I know there is nothing in there. Open it and of course there is nothing in there. I hand him it back and refuse the package. Luckily I had insurance and got my money back. Try not to deal with UPS at all anymore. |
Not at UPS we get paid by the hour.

FedEx did that shit the other day... No knock, no tag, nothing, on the website it says "attempted to deliver"... My home office (where I had been working since 7am) is right next to the front door! I don't think the bitch wanted to get out of the truck because of the rain. I called FedEx and explained everything and they made the driver comeback... Didyouknow, they usually come through your 'hood twice? They deliver all the nextday stuff by 10, then will comback and do pick-ups, at least my driver does. I can top that too... My FFL (retail estab) closed the shop and went to lunch one day (with a tag on the door saying: "Back by...."... We come back at 1.30p and there are six Colt LE6920's sitting in front of the door  left by FedEx Ground. This is a business, with GUNS written on a sign, and here are six rifle length boxes sitting in front! You should have heard the shit FedEx got. I think the only reason they didn;t get stolen were because there were two cars parked in the lot. |

I've got a good UPS guy, the fed-ex guy is a turd. They tried to deliver a package, but I wasnt home. I called them up to see if they could re-deliver, they said the driver was 15 minutes from my house and didn't want to turn back. So, they tell me they will set it up for him to deliver it at 5:30 the next day. Cool. I get home at 5:15 to find a note marked 12:40. . I call 'em up, and they tell me I can drive an hour to pick it up at their hub. I tell them no, I paid to get a package delivered to my door. They advertise home deliveries from 8am-8pm, and that's what is going to happen. I ended up randomly seeing the truck and flagging him down that same day. The driver didnt seem to care. turd. |
I fuckin hate fedex for this reason. fuckin 500$ in ammunition and the asshole just leaves it out by my car. doesnt knock, honk the horn or anything. just kicks it out the truck and hauls ass. I hope I catch that fucker outside one day. I'm going to fuckin bitch slap him.

It all depends on where you're at and who the drivers are. The UPS guys that deliver to my house are top notch. So is my USPS service. The only complaint I have about FedEx is they won't attempt getting down my lane when there's a little snow. UPS charges on full bore. I might have to wait a couple of days longer. Big deal. A lot of you guys would be bitching a whole lot less if you saw the whole process and appreciated the general speed and care that your packages are getting. I used to load RPS trucks and knew the pressure the drivers were getting from terminal managers, the weather, customers, the money sieves of their trucks, et cetera. |
| had a really bad experience with Fedex. orderd powder from midway, they shipped it fedex. tried to deliver, left a note. tried to deliver next day, left a note. called fedex told to hold package i would pick it up. note on my door the next day. called again, said they would hold again. note on my door the next day. sunday nothing, monday i finally caught the guy and got my package. i will never ship fexed again. ups had done ok by me |
My experience with FedEx as well. When I bought my CMP M1 Garand a few years ago, it came to my house via FedEx signature required. Guess what, no knock, but I saw him drive off. Had he been 10 minutes later, I would not have been home and there are lots of kids in my neighborhood. |

I have read of this shit too much as of late. I guess the drivers (some) are doing the least bit to get by, and call it a day. Shame. Some are good, and seem to like thier job, but the ass pain the others put you thru seems to stick in your mind. WTF? is it too much time spent to actually ring a dooebell and wait 30 seconds? |
I just found that out. 99% of the time a fedex truck stops by but the other day I heard a loud truck idling outside so I took a look out the window. There was an old POS blazer, filled with fedex boxes. Worst of all, my package smelled like smoke. |

UPS and the USPS have been 100% for me. FedEx on the other hand sucks. Packages from them can take 1.5 days to get from Kansas City to central FL and then 5 days to travel the remaining 50 miles to my house. I've had the same address for 10 years and FedEx claims they can't find me for a few days and then BINGO! I think the drivers hoard the packages for an area until they decide it's worth their while to mosey on over. |
