Imagine that you are driving on a highway. You are respecting all the rules written on law books and road regulamentation.
Suddenly a police car beeps you and switch on their lights. A trooper goes out and tells you: "You are doing something illegal, Stop doing it or you'll get a ticket" and goes away. You cannot call any PD to ask what the hell you're doing wrong. So you read again the fucking rules and there is no indication of why you were warned. Maybe, you think, is a speed ticket. You go slower, and keep going on driving. Again the trooper stops you and without any explaination give you a ticket and takes your drive license. It was a speed ticket, there is written that you were driving too fast, but be damned if there is written how much too fast is too fast. This is how FB it is working. I think I am gonna sue them. My personal data are there. I cannot access and cancel them. But they are available to the rest of the world. Terrorists included. I am sure they are violating privacy rules keeping my data on their servers. |

Facebook is too focused on trying to figure out how to generate revenue than building any serious protection from liability. TOS? Please. Bigger and deeper pockets have been picked by better lawyers when TOS is the defense card. It'd be over before the first deposition was finished. |

First time I was blocked from postin on the wall.
I am very fast in writing replies in both Italian and English and with all the things are happening in Middle East you can't imagine how much islamonazi garbage (and also Italian leftnazi garbage) I had to wipe off. So I replied, and replied. The fucking FB took my activity as spam. I signalled all users using every sort of derogatory, racist, antisemite, religious language. I was locked, they were still there spamming hate messages. Facebook is a TRAP. If I ever be in again, I will cancel myself from there. I will f*cking sue them if ANY of my data will leak from their servers, and my request of refunding will be so high they will have to close the site. Plus a criminal charge. And they have to PRAY I will not find any islamonazi near my home threatening me or my wife. My second job is to write as a journalist.... let see who is playing hard. |
