In the first place, nobody that took part in the 'riot' has been charged with possessing a firearm - there simply were no guns there. So, if it were an 'insurrection', it would be the first one in history that was unarmed. Secondly, the charges against this guy that are posted above do not include gun possession in Washington DC or anyplace else. He also didn't actually commit any crimes at all - I think he probably is fairly simple-minded.
