but I use C++ and C# a lot more often. Some MatLab, MIPS assembly, and various web stuff on occasion as well.

I've done C and C++ all through school. Did Delphi at my first job and didn't like it. Have been doing C# for the last 3 years and think it's nothing short of awesome, especially the simplicity with doing things since C# 3.0 showed up. LINQ, lambda expressions etc. Very awesome stuff. Just started transitioning to Test Driven Dev. Changes your whole mode of thinking but in a good way. |

My current favorite is Ruby –– very elegant and powerful. The Rails framework makes building web applications very easy.
Other languages I've programmed in professionally at some point or another: - SAS - SQL/QMF - C - Lotus Notes (blech - what a POS) - PowerBuilder - Java - Swing, Struts, Tapestry, Hibernate, Spring, iBatis, etc. I'm playing with Mono now. |
