As an aside, I do have some prints and paintings but prefer 3-D art (statues, mostly).

Each painting is created by meticulously applying paint in the same way, from dark to light, one color at a time. There is no over or under painting, each color is laid on the paper or wood panel by itself right to the edge of the previous color.

No shit, I could see $100 or so, MAYBE... shit I could do the exact same thing, theres very little talent involved unless shes drawing the outlines by hand.

Get an outline in the computer, project it onto the paper, paint by number, done.
