I don't think they're getting the response they hoped for.

153,000 people voted yes. That's impressive for an MSNBC poll. Yes it is, especially since they tried to split up the yes vote by having two yes options and one no option. Commies gonna commie. Pretty awesome the poll is mostly pro 2a though. |

Honestly people think the shit like Charleston , Chattanooga and lafayette are hurting our cause I don't think so. To the already antis sure it gives then more to stew about but I think the average non gun owning American is waking up and seeing that the police aren't and can't be everywhere and your safety is in your own hands. I don't think people would have ever thought they could be a victim in their own church or out at a PG13 movie. I think overall it is strengthening the cause and making MORE gun owners.
I have a super liberal "friend" I went to highschool with who lives in a fancy condo in downtown Cincinnati. The day after the Cincinnati beating he posts on facebook "Never in a million years would I think I would be asking this but what is a goof firearm for self defense/home protection for someone who has never handled or shot one before" and this guy was super liberal/anti. |

Until your buddy showed me a NRA member card I'd tell him a fucking nerf gun. It's nice he's coming around but he's doing it half assed and will still vote to fuck all of us given the chance. |

I agree. It literally does not take a rocket scientist to see the correlation between mass shootings and gun free zones. |

Firearm ownership is like a gateway drug to conservatism. Once you get a taste of freedom and independence and not worrying about someone else protecting you makes you realize that you're not as dependent on the government as you once thought. Not all gun owners are NRA members I'm not a NRA member, but I do kick money donations to the ILA when needed. |

I'm bet a lot of libtards are voting yes but tell other people guns are icky. It's an image thing for them. I know a guy at work that talks shit about gun ownership every time something happens. Yet he has a CWP and more than one gun at home. He's a registered dem. |

After my father passed he got into guns to remember my father. He's one of us now through and through. Gun ownership has an amazing effect on people |
