The only ones I have seen with that extended magwell are Chinese 45acp, Those are called Shansei broomhandles after the Shansei arsenal where they were made. I see them on Gunbroker for $1500-$3000. pretty pricey.
Yours looks freshly painted which makes it look better but looses some collector value. I believe the originals are WW2 era, so anything that looks really nice is quite suspect. Hopefully its not pot metal. Hey, if it is 45acp and not a zinc reproduction I would love to have it myself. Good luck! |
