Did anyone here play the old 'Firearms' mod for Half-Life 1? Well, I've been tracking the Half-Life 2 version of it called Firearms: Source and they just released a ton of media last night. Including some gameplay footage.

This and Insurgency both look pretty slick.

That was probably my favorite mod for Halflife. They even did a pretty good job with the rendering of the guns in the mod.

Wow I loved that game. I was so sad they didn't make it for 1.6.. I can remember many fun lan parties playing that game.

I'm not that much of a source fan, though, so I'll probably just stick to counterstrike 1.6. Theres no school like oldschool.
