I read with utter disgust the comments of Jim Darnell that AR15s and AK47s are somehow endangering our Second Amendment rights. http://www.sanmarcosrecord.com/sports/local_story_316115726.html He uses faulty logic and scare tactics straight out of the anti-gun movement, "scary guns" and "inflammatory looks". The only purpose of this language is to split gun owners, cause division instead of bring traditional and modern shooters together. I have owned multiples of both AR15/AK47 types, the kind worrying the uninformed Mr. Darnell, and a similar volume of those he is comfortable with. All 100% legal, used for defending my family and rights FIRST and hunting, conservation or sporting purposes SECOND! He wants us to "get wise" because defending the Second is hard enough. Well, I got wise today. Wise to the fact that your company is giving this fool and fearmonger sponsorship money. Mr Darnell has poked a stick of ignorance towards a massive and vocal consumer entity with these comments, the AR15/AK47 community. Right now I would expect you will be receiving a flood of angry emails similar to mine demanding you drop him immediately for this ignorant stance.
