1480 hours. Pathetic. My Prusas both had minor repairs every 1k hours and major failures were 4,700 hours in. The nozzle literally snapped.  It also didn't even catch it. Equally annoying if not moreso. Attached File |

I swapped the 0.4 for my 0.6 and now the slicer keeps erroring out saying the nozzle doesn't match the printer. Even though it does. The printer and the slicer are both set to 0.6 hardened steel.  In other news though I'm glad to be away from Orca. It never kept up to date with my filament profiles and would incorrectly merge profiles which was aggravating. Many people probably don't even notice or care based on the fact nobody seems to calibrate around here but I do and it's a huge limitation of the slicer in my opinion. |

I’ve seen a handful of complaints about nozzle size swaps and the printer not registering after a recent update. |
