Ok here goes. This is speckled sea trout that my dad an I caught out in Matagorda Bay yesterday. I pan fried it in corn meal. Also includes corn bread muffin and ceaser salad.

Nice trout, Aggie Boy. What part of Matagorda did you find them in? ETA: 9/10 Needs some "ho"made fries.

Just a few miles out of Palacios, we probably caught about 30 fish that day but all but 2 were either trash or way too small. |
