I'm all about proper prep and presentation of seafood. Sorry you red meat lovers, but every species of sea creature tastes different and many are truly spectacularly tasty. The huge variety is much more pleasing than beef, beef or beef. The taste of a good burger is quite similar to the taste of a fillet, that is to say, good, but much the same.
So, this gets a 9.9 out of 10. With 0.1 points removed for insufficient shrimp.
