It should be a requirement that all dinner pics include a recipe When its in smaller pieces it absorbs the flavor more than a whole breast would. I boil the breasts for a bit then rip them up. I put in BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and a little cajun rub. then put it in a glass dish and bake it for about an hour. Since it was boiled first, the meat stays moist and doesn't dry out. |
