I humbly present my first Dinner Pic for your approval.  Be gentle.



Pork Chops rubbed with salt, pepper, and some hot paprika and then grilled over hardwood lump.  Fried new potatoes and roasted bell pepper, and some Makers Mark for the chef.



Everything off the grill plus Spanish lentils.  Star BM and Spyderco WTC.

Thanks for the scores.  

Have not had the chance to shoot the BM yet but I'm impressed with the fit and finish.  Might have to wait until October when the boat goes on the hard and weekends open up.
