Had the start button quit on me a couple times. Did a roll back to a prior date which worked but it happened again. So I skipped down to Reinstall the Apps package. That seems to have worked.

Do yourself a favor and install classic shell.
http://www.classicshell.net/ Once installed, If you want the Win 10 OEM start menu, then just hold down shift when you click on the start button instead. |
