Being the computer idiot I am I'm having trouble upgrading my Flash Player. I run Kaspersky Anti Virus and when I try to upgrade it blocks it. Do I need to go and buy a disc or is there something I can do at home?

just right click the kaspersky icon in your task tray - (lower right) - go download it..bobs your uncle...turn kaspersky back on..

If you're trying to upgrade automatically through the browser you could also try  a standalone upgrade and do it manually.
