Nikki Fried is a nut, the woman is bonkers.
She's challenging this because she has a CCW and a MMJ license, she says she hasn't purchased any firearms since she got her MMJL. She's also anti-gun'ish, she suspended the CCWs on people over Jan 6th even though they hadn't been convicted and the charges were misdemeanors, she held up CCWs during COVID, she's a POS. The guy who is running for DeptAg is a Republican who is an anti-gun POS too, he's going to win. |

It used to be that drug users were anti government so it made sense (from an authoritarian government perspective) to ban drug users from owning firearms. Of course, now that drug users are supporters of authoritarian governments, they want to change the law so that drug users can own guns.
