Cliff's Notes: Mom beats kid for flushing $720 down the toilet. Kid said the reason they flushed the money was because Mom wouldn't watch a movie. Age and gender of kid not mentioned but Mom is only 24 and I got the impression the child is very young. And the coup de grace: Whipple is facing a felony child-abuse charge and was released Monday from the Orange County Jail on bail. The Florida Department of Children and Families was notified and the child is staying with Whipple's boyfriend.
