I used to work in a building near Fort Lewis, WA. We were the tallest in the area and kind of stood out. I think we were being used by all the chopper jockeys as a landmark on their way back to base because we'd get daily flights of Chinooks and Blackhawks running overhead about 500' off the ground...right...over...the...building. It was awesome.
We'd also get the occasional flight of Kiowa Warriors and Apaches. |
