You need to decide on exact sort of foam you want.
If you are after the sleeping pad type foam, look for clearance of sleeping pads or yoga mats or something similar. If it is a color you don't like, read up on coloring it or using cloth as a top layer to be the main color. Amazon has a ton of stuff, kaizen is a type of layered foam that is cool but I feel it is expensive. Some people are using the spray on plasti dip to firm up sponge type foam, play on youtube. Mess with it outside due to chemical smells. I have not done it yet but am planning to try it to see. It is said to make the sponge foam last longer if it is a crappy type. I like the youtube vids of the expanding foam stuff but have never even tried that stuff around the house so I don't know what I would think of the finished product for it. I personally hope to find a few dozen exercise mats on clearance at some point but I doubt it. |
