Yesterday's results were in line with what the talking heads said would be a blowout and the best results that could reasonably be expected, yet PLTR is down 5% while the broader markets are all up almost 1%. I think there are no results that will spike PLTR stock and that the only way to make money is to play the volatility or to hold for the long term and hope they continue to "grow into" their valuation. Either of those could be profitable, the only question is if either would be more profitable than other investments..... |

PLTR was basically parabolic for a year. This shouldn’t be much of a surprise. I am playing it both ways that you mention. I have some in my kids account that will be loooong term holds (they are 3 and 6 years old), and I have some I will buy/sell the news on in my own account. I do think there will be some big pops when details get divulged about how our strikes in Iran were so successful. Might be some time from now but IM betting PLTR was a huge asset in finding and executing targets. |

I am used to losing on report day... it still pisses me off (immensely) but I sort of adjusted to it. I will wait a bit longer, I think at least post 2027 - I'll re-consider what to do when we approach the end of this administration's term. THAT is going to be an interesting time to think about the future of Palantir for us long-timers |
