I spent today doing just that. You know your Kroger is in a shit neighborhood when they have armed private security wearing plates AND Cincinnati PD on site. They even had a separate barricaded checkout section inside the middle of the store with all the Tide, razors, cosmetics, and other high loss shit. The liquor department was also, for some strange reason, all the way up on the second floor. Plenty of full carts and EBT cards at the checkout though.
