Do the 2011 Ford Rangers come with cruise control?

I read that Ford had an issue with cruise control and it's not an option this year.

What's speed control? Best as I could find out it's some sort of speed limiting device to keep Jr from speeding.

Are they one in the same thing?

The deals they have on Rangers right now are too good to pass up (actually it's what they should be priced at to start with).

My 1993 Ranger with the 4.0 V6 and stick came with cruise control.

speed control works the same way, not sure why the change in terminology. I had cruise on my 96 Ranger and it worked fine.
