Somehow or another I  was going down the road a couple days ago and managed to "mess up" my Ipod + Sync integration. (2010 F-150, Ipod 4th gen if it matters)

Its in quotes because it still works, just not the way it originally had been for the past 7+ months.   I've read the manual and messed with it he past 2 days before coming here for help from the experts.

Previously, it would play the songs from the Ipod in the order I put them on it, basically one CD worth of music in order, at a time...... now its all messed up.  I can get it to play by Artist, and even when I do the "Play All" option under the media menu its no where close to the way I enjoyed it before.  In fact it seems that I now have alot of new music on the ipod and missin some of my favorites that I constantly listen to.

Only thing I havent done is a full SYNC reset, because then I would have to get my Droid-X  sync'd back up and re-train some of my voice commands it recognizes.... and even then is it possiable that the ipod is in a whole new format/arrangment on the file storage because of something the SYNC did to it?

Thanks for any help/advice
