Does anyone know of any good serves that offer foreclosed homes?  I have to relocate and I want to look into foreclosed homes if possible.  Thanks

Unless you really know what you are doing (and if you are asking the question, you don't), skip trying to buy at a foreclosure. Contact a realtor and let them know you are willing to consider bank owned properties and short sales. Far less risk involved.

This.

Your plan is a bullet train to bankruptcy court for an amateur. Many a pro has been there too doing this.

You can call the banks and ask for a list of properties they are not stuck with, there is usually an agent at a firm that will specialize in them as well.

Contact a Realtor and ask them if they work with foreclosures... easiest way for a non-real estate junkie to get one.

Be warned: Foreclosures will have no disclosure and no contingencies. Demand a diligence period unless you are a contractor, and find a competent home inspector with a background as a contractor.
