With our current debt and economy problems, when will the USA stop paying foreign aid?  It is around 250 billion dollars annually right?

Honestly, foreign "aid" is a TINY fraction of the overall budget.

Furthermore, a lot of the "aid" is stuff that requires the foriegn countries to buy from U.S. companies, so the "aid" is really going to U.S. companies, which is good.  Other parts of the "aid" is surplus grain and stuff that farm subsidies are paying farmers to grow, and other "aid" is things like military aid we are giving to Israel, Egypt and Pakistan.

You take all that out, and the amount is absolutely miniscule, and doesn't make any difference at all in the U.S budget.
