Is there any websites that offer free background checks?

Not that I know of. If your local Police, Sheriff's Office, or state LEO has a website, most will provide a warrant check or criminal history free of charge using their site.

You can try zaba search but they only provide limited information for free, such as a name and address.

Yeah we have that for our county.

You can also use your local clerk of court website to find information on judgment liens, evictions, divorces, repo's, and other financial records.
