Self Defense and Safety Classes TODAY
SBA is hosting Self Defense and Safety Classes TODAY at noon and 5 in the SLK Lounge. The class will be taught by Police Officer Jill Goldberg. It is mostly lecture with a hands-on portion at the end for those who would like to try what they’ve learned. God, I think I'll go. Wonder what gems of protection she'll teach.
