Be your own cloud storage, assuming that you have decent internet speeds at home.

Look into Mega in New Zealand, it is great but I would keep a backup of your cloud. Encrypted shit, lots of free room, somewhat slow interface.
ETA: Had to look 50 GB free. Cold link comparison, http://www.cloudwards.net/mega-vs-google-drive-vs-skydrive-vs-sugarsync/ |

Google Drive. I've been paying $1.99 a month for 100gb Yep. You will notice it syncs slower than Dropbox, but once it does sync, you're GTG. 2 bucks a month is well worth it. Edit to add: If music is a big part of your storage data, you might consider using Google Play Music for the music, and remove it from your cloud storage. Play Music goes by total songs (well above what I'm likely to ever have), and it's free. That freed up about 26gb of cloud storage, and the music is still stored in cloud, just on a separate Google site. Jay |

Mine is actually at my workplace which also has a huge data center Most folks don't have the knowledge or willingness to learn this so the online cloud storage companies have a place. |
