I am looking for a piece of free or open source software for watching DVD's.  I tried MPlayer and Zoomplayer but neither of them seem to work.  Can anyone make a recommendation?

I believe Media Player Classic can play DVDs out of the box.  I know it can on my PC, but I might have had to install a plugin; I don't remember.  I use it as my default video player, as it's very lightweight, and it can play several files I have run across that Windows Media Player has trouble with.
