It's a side by side GE the fan/defroster? keeps running and now it getting warm on the freezer side the fridge side seems ok
Anyone have any Ideas? |

The dohicky that tells it to defrost is broken, and the coils are all iced up.
The dohicky sits above, and is wired into the heat coil that defrosts the fins. If you look at the back of the freezer, you'll see that it is iced up and bulged out where the vents are, toward the bottom. |

This Empty it out and look in the back for the block of ice on the coils. |
