Making a poll on fuel prices..... Edit- Poll made. If you use mid or supreme, post what you pay... or if you use diesel. Here, some diesel pumps are about the same price as "regular" or about 5 cents higher... |
| regular was down to 1.63 now its 1.69 for the really cheap station and 1.75+ for the big name stations. Friggen price went up so much. Before the blackout here in the North East I was paying 1.50 a gallon out in Babylon near where I worked. Prices jumped 25 cents and havent decreased since. |

It depends. If I want it with 10% ethanol I can pay as little as $1.509 (regular)- if I want all gas, then today I paid 1.509 at Costco while everyone else was charging 1.539 or better for regular. Since the difference between the ethanol and all gas is less than 10% (hell at Costco there isn't a difference) and my turck goes farther on a gallon of 'real' gas than it does on 10% ethanol, I make out better by buying the 'real' stuff |

The Speedway about 5 miles from me (which sells 10% ethanol gas ) is usually the same price or maybe a few cents higher than placed that sell 100% gas. The Mobil less than a mile from them si actually selling for 2 cents cheaper than the Speedway. The price is still $1.69 at the Speedway. |

The speedway here is also higher then the other stations and they use ethanol, I found this out after I called speedways corporate office when they gave me a hassle about wanting me to prepay inside when I was using a credit card at the pump. I found out all the speedways here were sold to Sunoco and they went to 10% ethanol. I avoid the ethanol gas, I get worse mileage and it caused some problems in my crown victoria. |
