I thought it was a forward pass last night in a drunken stupor.
After seeing it again, this time merely hung over, I still think it was a pass. The officiating last night was suspect, at best, although it was nice to finally see the rampant holding which has plagued the Steelers all post season called. |

It looked like a fumble to me, but I hate the Steelers too.

I have a picture from the newspaper showing Holmes with one foot not touching the ground for the "winning" touchdown.
Could have been ruled no catch. Wasn't. That's football. Still one of the best Super Bowls in recent history. It wasn't over until the last play... and I was there to see it. In the main, Steeler fans were cool - there were a few idiots. I suspect there were some idiot Cardinal fans too, though I didn't see them. The few fights I did see were between Steeler fans - thought that was funny... Good game, wish it went the other way, but the Cards showed they can hang with anybody and they clearly deserved to be there. |
