| There was some speculation, I'd heard a couple of years back about the possibility of a (liberal/traitor) future U.S. President signing a UN Charter that would supposedly (and legally?) trump our Constitution and place our nation under U.N. regulations. Laws that would include disarming the nation. To me, the very notion that this could occur seems to be ludicrous. This would be the gasoline on the fire that would instantly ignite an uprising. My question to the hive mind, is could this ever become a reality? Would it stand up to legal scrutiny? |
| Aren't there already laws and treaties we've signed that trump our constitution? I'm thinking of the World Trade Organization, but I'm kind of sketchy on details. I seem to recall a burial place run out of business due to some technicality that requiredthem to give unfair assistance to a foreign competitor. |
I think it's pretty apparent that he and his cronies hate the USA. I'm sure he'd do something to make his wife proud of her country, God only knows what that might be. He's already said he wants to up our donation to the UN from 4 billion a year to 100 billion. |
No. It would not be legal. The US Constitution, by definition, is the supreme law of the land of the United States of America. The government of the USA does not have the legal authority to subvert the authority of the Constitution. |
We need to repeat this to the sheep of our country to prevent them from falling into the trap that the traitors might lead them to. |
Was this the method used on other sovereign nations to enact sweeping gunbans/restrictions? Nations like Australia, UK, etc.? Forgive my ignorance, I'm not being sarcastic, just seeking clarity to the gun confiscation crowd's tactics. There's a lot of sneaky dealings in the political world and the best defense against such tactics it to be aware of the methods used. |
