The nut needs to be adjusted one time for your rifle. Then you're done. It's not meant to be adjusted constantly. This way actually makes it more difficult to accidentally adjust.
I like my ADM's, they lock up solid and return to zero to a closer margin than I can shoot. |

The screw wasn't pushing through. I had to maneuver the small piece of picatinny up and down to get the nut to pop out. It didn't just come right out when I compressed the springs in. |
