Is it possiable to track an individual via gps through their cell phone without installing an app on the phone that is tracked?  I have a friend that seems to know where I have been with out me telling her and she is very tech savy.  Just wondering.  And I am sorry, I don't have any pictures of her.

google latitude will tell you roughly where your friends are and you where your friends are, but only if you and they give it permission to.

If you don't have access to the phone company records, then no.

You would otherwise have to have something running on the phone to record and transmit that in some manner.

Maybe you're just predictable.  Or she's talking to folks.
