I am a LEO and last week we had a call of a suspicious white powder and a state level government office....I am smart enough to try and not get exposed but I am required to help evacuate (sp?) the building to protect the public and there could be a possibility of some exposure....the substance was not anthrax or anything this time....but this type of call seems to be happening more often.  I was wondering if any of you have any experience or knowlege about a gas mask that could help with my protection?  And possibley ones for my family which includes a 6yo and 10 yo boys?

Thanks and if you know of a web site where these would be for sale?

I own an military version of the MSA Millenium, is like the MSA Advantage we use at the institution I work as a CO. Mine is GI surplus and I inspect it often and check to ensure is fully operational and keep it in a bag in case we get called up for a riot situation. As for youth, I guess the IDF issued masks are good, since i don;t seem to know anyone else that makes good gas masks for kids.
