What advantages does having a DBA (Doing Business As)? It isn't a legal form, unless you count the announcement you make in your paper. I'm TOLD that having one opens up the ability to buy at cost, w/o sales tax (for resale only, of course!); and that many companies offer promos, demos, etc. that aren't available to the public. Any others? |
