No dog in this fight, I am a cowboys fan

IMO this game is going to come down to the giants pass rush. Atlanta has a good passing offense and if you give Matt Ryan time he will own the giants secondary. The giants front seven is healthier than at any other time this season now, and against the shitty dallas O line last week they all looked like pro bowlers. Eli has had a great season and he will generate points but if the giants can't get to Ryan it will not be enough IMO.

IMO it depends on how their defensive line plays. If its the same line that came to play against the Pats on the road, and smacked Brady around all day then I think they win. If its the one that allowed Rex Grossman to stand back and pick them apart at home a few weeks ago then its going to be a long day for the giants.

If the giants can beat the falcons today though I like their chances against the packers next week.

I felt really good about the game until I found out Grimes was out. We don't have anyone else who can shut down Cruz... Its gonna be ugly.

I swear to God, the next time Mike Smith says to go for it on Fourth Down, somebody needs to kick him in the balls!

He has cost the Falcons 11 points so far this game.

It looks like the giants defense, especially the front seven, came to play today

The 4th quarter is just starting, the giants had better not get conservative on either side of the ball. The falcons can put up 15+ points quick. Looking ahead a bit, if the giants can shut down the packers running game they have a chance. They almost pulled it off when they played the pack at home, and for some reason this year the giants are tougher on the road.

I think the game is pretty much over.

Hopefully the Broncos-Steelers game will be a bit more exiting.

Eh, I am afraid this was probably the most competitive game today. Anything can happen of course but pittsburg has too good of a defense to allow Tebow to beat them in the manner he is used to winning. If he is going to win today, it will have to be with his left arm.

I am more interesting in seeing what Tebow can do next year, to see if he can improve his completion percentage. If he can he will be awfull tough to stop.

Very much so. The packers defense flat out sucks in almost every way it can be measured. The packers have won by putting up a shitload of points. With the giants defense getting healthy, something they have not been all year, I think they can slow the pack down enough to win.

Falcons seem to be becoming a little pissy about getting their asses handed to them.

I was saying this all week...was more concerned about having to face the Falcons today than having to go into Green Bay.

No doubt. The packers are a pretty good team but they can be beat. With the falcons, the are for the most part a young team. I figured they would come out all jacked up and ready to play, but they have looked as flat as the cowboys.

I'm not making excuses for Ryan and the offense, but this loss goes squarely on the shoulders of the coaching staff.  The play calling (especially on fourth down) was pathetic.

That 3rd quarter 4th down quarterback "sneak" was lame-o.
