I have oredered from them several times and I have always got what I ordered but on one occasion I had to call to check on it and them I think they ordered them from Danner for drop shipping!

I ordered some Glock mags from Botach about a year ago. It arrived within 5 days and was perfect. That being said, I have since ordered two more times from these fools and received one order about 4 weeks after ordered. The next order was on time but only had a 50% of the items I ordered and 50% incorrect items. Finally got it straightened out but that took about 5 weeks after I returned the incorrect stuff. Proceed at your own peril. Good luck. |
| I ordered some Glock 19 mags from them. Good price, but took over a month to show up and they were just tossed loose into a USPS flat rate box. No packing material at all and they were missing their factory packaging despite being listed as new. They were pretty scratched and dinged up but for the price I paid I did not care enough to bother calling and raising hell. |

Proceed at your own peril. Good luck. About two years ago I ordered 5 Glock 19 magazines and received 2 Glock 19 magazines and 3 Glock 29 magazines.  Called them and they said to send back the Glock 29 mags and they would fix. Sent them back on my dime and told they would send out 4 Glock 19 mags to make up for the shipping.
Never happened. Ended up having to do a charge back with credit card company to rectify about a month later.
